RidNacs sagt mir jetzt nur, wie viel Speicher von welchen Ordnern / welcher Datei belegt ist. Das Nachforschen muss ich wohl manuell machen, oder?

Naja das Tool schlüsselt dir nur auf wo wieviel Platz belegt ist und ordnet das nach Größe - da kannst du halt prüfen ob das so passt oder ob da irgendwelche Order ungewöhnlich groß sind. Wenn da nichts auffällig ist, ists schon mal 100pro nicht im Dateisystem, sonder muss was anderes sein.
Reservierter Platz für Papierkorb, Schattenkopien etc.
Wie groß sind deine Clustergröße? Hast du das Dateisystem vielleicht von FAT32 auf NTFS konvertiert ohne zu formatieren? Hast du dir die Platte schonmal mit nem Tool wie Partition Magic / Disc Director / GParted angesehen diesbezgl.?
