    Personally I never found test results of 3D mark reliable or left alone accurate.
    This program is packed with Intel & NVIDIA cheats which gives them always far more leverage than using an AMD setup like I am using with far more powerful hardware in general

    My system is made for running programs at 2560x15600 or higher, might also be that optimization for the hardware I am using disproves this odd testing software I was forced to do this to even get it running under Win7 pro x64 UK + SP1 and 48GB ram:

    Vogons is very handy for such fixes, that site really helped out a lot with such things.

    Then again I did this for fun none of the scores really mean nothing to me anyway ;)

    Ja die Karte steckt in meinem 3dfx Tribute PC. Je nach Game prügelt sich die Karte mit Geforce SDR und Co. :topmodel:

    Da ich die Bildqualität der V3 unter den Voodoos mit Abstand am besten finde, muss die V5 eben im Karton verweilen.

    Hier im Forum muss auch einer die 3500Pkt. geknackt haben.

    Aber ich habe die V3 nur mal kurz auf den P4 geschnallt, soll keine Rekordjagt sein.

    Slot 1 P3 auf Asus P3BF oder Slot A Athlon 700 auf Aopen AK47.

    Der PIII ist etwas flotter, hat aber den biederen Beigeschmack...

    Schon 5 mal die Boards getauscht... zum verrückt werden.

    Naja solange das nicht final entschieden ist, wollte ich mit dem System nicht nerven.

    AOpen Boards sind natürlich allgemein irgendwie geil, Slot A Athlon ebenfalls. Wenn die Combo gut läuft, nimm die doch einfach. Falls das zickt, nimm eben das P3B-F, ist ja der Klassiker schlechthin. So schwer würde ich mir die Wahl nicht machen :)

    Also mit Athlon läuft die Sache wirklich rund, der Festplattencontroller vom Aopen Board scheint subjektiv mehr auf dem Kasten zu haben. Hinzu kommt beim Slot 1 System das Problem mit dem AGP Teiler bei 133Mhz FSB.

    Ich zauber das Athlon Board wieder rein. Bei 1024x768 machts im Grunde kein gewaltigen Unterschied, ob da ein 700 er Athlon oder ein PIII1000 werkelt.
