Telekom is working for me, but it took ages till the DNS was "updated" and the site was accessible again.

Still not working.

It appears there are two distinct problems here:
- DNS resolution from domain name to IP not working for some
- The host itself not being reachable at all for some
- A combination of the two
2. is specifically hard to understand. And even 1. makes little sense after so much time has passed. I guess all I can do is to report this back to Gary as-is. Edit: Done.

Yes it is, at least in part. This again confirms the two-fold nature of the problem. So it's indeed TWO problems that exist (or might exist for you) simultaneously. For you the DNS is clearly working, but the host is down. Same as for valnesh back on page 2. For others, like for me in the context of my work network even the DNS is broken, see here once more:
Left: Failure from within our work network (ISP: ACONET), right: Success in my home network (ISP: Magenta)
Anyway, Gary is informed. It's all we can do.
Edit: In above's example, I'm using the Quad9 DNS server in my home environment. It gets REAL interesting as soon as I use the DNS servers provided by my ISP. One of them resolves fine, while the other fails, so they're not even in sync when it comes to the Dodge Garage, which is... outright weird:
What the hell (My two ISP DNS' are 195.58.160.194 & 195.58.161.122)?

You might be using a VPN or so?
That may be why there are two similar IP being shown and that is just my guess though.
Frankly, I would not know what else to do of this -
No VPNs involved, just regular networking. There are (usually) always two DNS servers per network, for redundancy. So client computers don't lose name resolution capabilities if one of them goes offline. I am specifically using PiHole as a replacement for my ISP's DNS servers for privacy and ad-/malware-blocking reasons.
None of that matters much in this case though. What matters is that we got networks in three states here when it comes to www.thedodgegarage.com: 1. Those fully working with it, 2. Those broken due to DNS name resolution issues, 3. Those broken through some other, yet-to-be-defined connectivity issue.
I believe/assume there is really nothing more we can do, aside from reporting the problem.

Ich hab heute, weil ich hier schon von Anfang an mitlese, mal aus Neugier auf die Seite geschaut, da mir die noch unbekannt war. Lief sofort und flink. Keine Problem.
Aktueller FireFox und Anbieter ist ThüringenNetkom (TEAG).
