I found three BIOSes here (Rev 02, Rev 03, and Rev04):
bierbude.spdns.org/BiosArchive/Zeos/Desktop/bios/Samurai(PTSAM)/
And now let's come to the most important thing:
Were are the other Micron boards?
Have you got one?
That whole bierbude "Archive" folder is an uncontrolled copy of https://www.elhvb.com/mobokive/Archive/ at least I cannot remember someone asking for it. elhvb.com is mine BTW. Those bioses have been added as well as basic jumper settings. They point to 66MHz operation indeed, so now I need to find out why originally this chipset was listed as being 100/133MHz.

Mainboards mit Micron-Chipsätzen:
Hi,
My german is still from my school days (not very good). I am honored to be included in this project. It seems I have a bit more time on my hands currently so I will be uploading more stuff to elhvb.com (of which I am site owner). If you wonder about my username, it is the same as the one on the motherboards.org forum. Whoever has done the DFI mirror: thank you, I seem to have missed they took down everything in there. the manuals I had quite complete, the bioses were missing.
Keep up the good work!
Kindest regards,
Edwin
