Antivirensoftware (freeware mit OAS) - Empfehlung?

  • Das war wohl nichts mit meiner neuen Empfehlung, siehe Post von FalconFly. Danke an dieser Stelle für die Info!

    Falls ihr aber noch Empfehlungen auf Lager habt könnt ihr ja gerne mal eure favorisierte Software nennen, auch wenns nicht freeware ist.

    Fazit muss daher leider lauten : Nein danke...

    Das ist ja noch schlimmer als uebliche Adware... Virenabwehr in allen Ehren, aber wenn die Privatsphaere und der Datenschutz dabei so derartig auf der Strecke bleibt - tut wirklich nicht not, da gibt's wirklich bessere weil saubere Freeware ohne Datenspionage.

    Werbefrei ist sie bestenfalls oberflaechlich, unter der Haube werden hemmungslos Daten gesammelt. Gute Malware/Adware Removal bzw. Privacy Tools duerften diesen "Freeware Virenscanner" auf ihrer schwarzen Liste haben.
    Verkauft werden duerfte so ein Spionage-Tool unter EU-Datenschutzrichtlinien gar nicht, von Deutschen Datenschutzgesetzen ganz zu schweigen...

    Es ist was es ist : ein "Honeypot"...
    Daten sammeln und handeln/verkaufen von uninformierten Usern, die drauf reinfallen.

  • Oha! Thx, naja schon peinlich wenn man sich sowas nicht durchliesst. Sonst verwende ich auch nichts in der Art (und auch nichts was von AOL und mit AOL zu tun hat, nichtmal Winamp mehr!) So ein Misst :adsh:

    Habs gestern übrigens auch schon deinstalliert weil ich mal die NOD32 Testversion installiert hab und die irgendwie "flüssiger" läuft. Bleib wohl erstmal dan bei NOD32, scheint gut zu sein :)

  • Ich benutze seit Jahren eine Kombination aus F-Prot for DOS (läuft auch unter Windows problemlos sofern FAT32, mit NTFS hat er Probleme wenn er selbsttätig tiefere Verzeichnisebenen suchen soll) und Bitdefender Free Edition.

    Allerdings hab ich seit etwa 6 Jahren keinen Virus mehr gehabt. Den einzigen den ich damals hatte hat mein Bruder damals übers Netzwerk eingeschleppt. Da ich nur Win9x und aufm Laptop 2000 verwende sinkt die Gefahr einer Neuinfektion täglich weswegen ich mir keine Gedanken über Viren mache.
