And sorry I misread you , it happens a lot with em hence Dyslexia, my bad for that, sadly it's not something I can prevent.
Try the 22.5.2 driver I use this one with my RX 580 under Win7 just fine
Only make sure you use the AMD Cleanup utility to uninstall your old drivers after this do not reboot, use DDU and then reboot and reinstall the 22.5.2 driver which is the best driver for Win7 Pro x64 users, like I use with my Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 PCI-E 8GB 256Bit GDDR5 graphics card:

Here the latest build of DDU aka Display Driver Uninstaller:

If you get errors then it's Windows having corrupt files this has nothing to do with that of AMD., my Dual 6 Core Opteron had this a fresh re-installation of Win7 fixed the Error 192 issue
So basically Microsoft is usually the blame not AMD
Also I bug test AMD drivers and make proper bug reports, so I am willing to help you out, the solution I posted helped many people I am connected to family and friends alike.
yet I do admit the 22.6.1 driver is unstable with older game titles, 22.5.2 however is rock solid.
